All Nvnth products are made to order. We begin production as soon as your order is confirmed.
Production Time
3–5 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days after production
- United States: 5–10 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, USPS, and international postal networks depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order Policy
Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or ordering errors. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we will replace it at no charge. To initiate a claim:
- Email us at navaneeththota411@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the defect
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
